- Carrying out a physical inventory periodically is necessary to know with certainty what products are actually available, which, ultimately, will be the guideline for placing or not a new order. - Organizing and maintaining accurate records, as well as paying attention to details, is essential to guarantee an efficient workflow and minimize errors in inventory management . - Controlling the manufacturing and expiration dates of any perishable product and rejecting any product that does not meet the necessary quality conditions (raw material). - The preparation of different reports and formats, such as inventories and stock control. - Management of area indicators - Participate in CDC meetings if necessary - Attention to suppliers and follow-up to orders.Job Experience
