Job Description
• Directly responsible for placing retail and wholesale customer service orders, assigning them to Authorized Service Centers so they can prepare the necessary materials and tools. • Directly responsible for following up on assigned service orders by making phone calls to customers and reporting on the status of each one. • Responsible for sending the status of each service order to each Service Center, requiring compliance. • Responsible for creating the weekly control table at the National Level.Job Experience
