Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with progressive responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
