Responsibilities:
Systems Implementation:
• Participate in the installation and configuration of industry specific application for our clients.
• Ensure the seamless integration of our software solutions with clients' operations.
Training:
• Provide comprehensive training to end-users on application functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of the software application.
Technical Support:
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with the other software support teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.
Client Interaction:
• Interact with clients effectively, understanding their needs, and ensuring optimal system performance.
• Provide initial design consultation services to tailor solutions to clients' requirements.
Documentation:
• Maintain detailed documentation of the implemented solutions, configurations and customizations.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles for common software support issues.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in application implementation and support.
• Computer Science or Information Systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of accounting and inventory management software
