Job Description
- Establish relationships with candidates through various professional networks.
- Contact candidates and convince them to meet with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, confirming their expectations and current information (availability, salary expectations).
- Share data with the recruiting and staffing team.
- Work with the team leader to prioritize the different requests of the recruiting and staffing team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Job Experience
- Good communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
- Previous experience with online and telephone sales techniques (a plus).
- Knowledge of headhunting in the IT sector will be valued.
- Advanced level of English.
